April 11 - Eagle Expedition

Today I had the opportunity to visit an eagle's nest in Depauw, IN with a friend from the local photography meetup.  The nest is on the Blue River and our vantage point was high above the nest on the opposite side of the river.  We were able to practically look down into the nest and watch the two eaglets.  Also got some photos of the adults however they never returned to the nest while we were visiting.
